These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Arora Coaching website (www.aroracoaching.com) and the professional services provided by Anil Arora trading as Change Therapies ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

Arora Coaching provides professional coaching, consultancy, assessment, and training services, including:

Executive Coaching
Leadership Development
Mental Fitness Coaching
360 Leadership Assessments
Corporate Consultancy and Training

All services are non-clinical in nature. While informed by psychological theory and practice, they do not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or diagnosis unless expressly agreed under a separate written clinical contract.

Professional Relationship

Coaching and consultancy are collaborative, developmental processes. You acknowledge and agree that:

You retain full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes
Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
Outcomes depend on individual and organisational engagement and cannot be guaranteed

Eligibility and Engagement

Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Organisational services may be contracted by companies on behalf of leaders or employees. Specific terms of engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Confidentiality

All individual engagements are treated as confidential, subject to the following exceptions:

Disclosure required by law
Risk of serious harm to the client or others
Organisational feedback provided in anonymised or aggregated form (e.g., 360 assessments), where agreed in advance

The boundaries of confidentiality in corporate engagements will be clearly defined prior to delivery.

Assessments and Feedback Tools

Any psychometric instruments, assessments, or 360-degree feedback tools are used solely for developmental purposes. They do not constitute clinical evaluation or diagnosis and should be interpreted within the agreed professional context.

Fees, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Fees and delivery terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Unless otherwise specified:

Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
Corporate cancellations are governed by the relevant proposal or contract

All fees are payable in the agreed currency and timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Change Therapies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, reproducing content without permission, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may update, modify, or withdraw website content at any time.
