Case Studies
Case Study 1
The Challenge
The CEO was struggling to transition from founder-led startup to scaled organisation. Early leadership patterns were creating bottlenecks, team engagement was declining, and the CEO was operating reactively rather than strategically.
The Approach
A 12-month executive coaching engagement combining psychology-led coaching with monthly sessions focused on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional leadership behaviours aligned with the demands of a high-growth MENA organisation.
The Outcome
The CEO developed greater clarity and strategic decision-making. Communication improved at senior levels, leadership tone shifted from reactive to considered, and team engagement and organisational performance improved. The CEO also sustained effectiveness without burnout.
Case Study 2
The Challenge
Leaders noticed increasing emotional strain and reduced engagement across teams but lacked expertise to address mental health appropriately within workplace boundaries.
The Approach
A psychologically informed workplace wellbeing program tailored to a corporate environment. Workshops covered emotional wellbeing, recognising signs of strain, and practical strategies for managing workplace pressure, structured to maintain professional boundaries and psychological safety.
The Outcome
Participants gained greater awareness and a shared language for discussing mental health. Managers felt equipped to support teams without overstepping. The organisation developed a consistent approach to wellbeing that supported both people and performance.
Case Study 3
The Challenge
The organisation wanted to improve resilience and mental wellbeing but lacked internal knowledge and capacity to sustain initiatives long-term.
The Approach
A structured mental fitness program combining evidence-based resilience strategies with practical application. Key employees were trained as Mental Health Ambassadors to support colleagues, promote wellbeing, and foster psychological safety across teams.
The Outcome
Employees reported improved confidence in managing stress and enhanced mental health awareness. Trained Ambassadors became ongoing champions, embedding sustainable wellbeing practices throughout the organisation without ongoing external support.
Case Study 4
The Challenge
The organisation had a weak leadership pipeline and relied too heavily on external hiring. High-potential managers had technical expertise but lacked strategic thinking, executive presence, and capability needed for senior roles.
The Approach
A 9-month cohort-based leadership development program for 20 emerging leaders. The program combined psychology-informed content, group facilitation, peer learning, individual coaching, tailored to the organisation's strategy and MENA cultural context.
The Outcome
18 of 20 participants were promoted or moved into broader responsibility within 18 months. The organisation developed stronger internal bench strength and a shared leadership language. The program is now an ongoing talent development initiative.
