Who I Am

I am a UK-trained psychologist, psychotherapist, and executive coach with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and organisational performance. Based in the UAE, I support senior leaders, leadership teams, and organisations across the MENA region to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance.

My work is grounded in evidence-based psychology and informed by extensive experience across mental health, corporate, and leadership settings. This includes clinical work with individuals and couples, executive coaching with C-suite leaders, leadership development programs for high-potential talent, and organisational consultancy with some of the region's most recognised organisations.

What makes my approach different is the depth. I don't just understand leadership theory, I understand human psychology, behaviour under pressure, and how people actually change. That foundation shapes everything I do.


My Background

I trained in the UK as a psychologist and therapist, spending the early part of my career working with individuals, couples, and families navigating complex psychological challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship breakdown, and life transitions. That clinical foundation taught me how people think, feel, and change at the deepest levels.

Over time, my work evolved into executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational consultancy, not as a departure from psychology, but as an extension of it. The same psychological principles that help people navigate personal challenges also help leaders navigate professional ones: self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience under pressure, and the capacity to see patterns and shift behaviour.

Since relocating to the Middle East in 2013, I have worked extensively with senior leaders and organisations across the broader MENA region, bringing psychological depth and cultural awareness to every engagement.
